Built for ecommerce email agencies

From the team behind Zeus Systems.

Five years building operating systems for over 100 agencies.

Why House

Stop fighting
the system.

Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Monday. They were built for everyone, which means they’re perfect for no one.

You’ve put months into yours, architecting it and bending it to fit how your agency really works. It’s still 80% of what you need, at best. And keeping it that way is its own job.

We know, because we did it too. We’ve been bending Airtable to our will for five years.

None of them were built for email marketing agencies. House is.

“Do it. Revenue aside, the mental clarity is worth the investment.”

Room to grow

More capacity.
More room to grow.

A full pipeline. A team at capacity. Clients ready to start, and nowhere to put them.

The client found the problem before you did.

A late campaign. The wrong version. A missed follow-up.

House brings client work, deadlines, and follow-ups together. Homi helps keep them current. Less time updating the system and tracking down where things stand means more of your team’s week is available for client work.

Talk To It · Meet Homi

Homi connects all

Homi enables copywriters to spend more time writing copy, designers more time designing, and account managers more time building relationships, rather than pulling everything in by hand and fighting the system all along the way.

Every client, every deliverable, every recorded call, every SOP. Homi reads it all, within your access.

Homi also drafts a handover bundle when a won deal is handed off, and a recovery plan when a client turns At risk. Every morning it lists what's due today.

Bet on I, with AI.

Bet on your team. 🤝 They bring something only they can bring: their taste, their judgment, their way of seeing things. House exists to give that expression more space.

We believe AI is an amplifier of human expression.

AI informs your decisions.
It doesn't make your decisions for you.

The whole agency

Everything
connected.

What, When, Who, and How. On every deliverable.

Every client, every deliverable, everything on everyone’s plate. Connected to the people doing the work and the knowledge behind it, so you can see how one decision affects the rest.

A few details

Fair questions.

We already have Airtable, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc. Why House?

We spent five years building project management systems for clients on the traditional platforms. House starts with that experience built in: client work, people, learning, capacity, and economics, connected in one place. You have an agency to run. You shouldn’t have to architect its software, too.

Is this another AI copywriting tool?

No. The bet is on your copywriters, your designers, and your account managers. Homi helps keep the system up to date: give it a recap, review the proposed changes, and apply them. More time for their work. More space for their judgment.

Will Homi send anything to my clients?

No. Homi drafts. A person reviews and sends. House never sends a report to a brand.

Do we still use Klaviyo?

Keep Klaviyo. House is where you manage the agency doing the work: clients, deadlines, owners, and delivery. Your email platform still sends the campaigns. House reads your campaign and flow results, read-only, so Homi can put them in the weekly report.

What happens to the bill when we hire?

Your House subscription doesn’t go up just because you hire. Pricing follows active and onboarding clients, so you can bring the whole team in.

Why bring our own AI key?

Because AI usage varies from team to team. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API key for chat, and that provider bills you directly. House pricing stays tied to your client count. For Homi's scheduled jobs, you set daily, weekly and monthly spending caps.

Stop fighting the system.
